In recent years the role of educational technology has become increasingly important in the classroom. With new and exciting innovations popping up within the field almost daily it can be difficult and overwhelming at times to keep up with the latest and greatest tools or services available. Regardless, the fact remains that we are a part of the age of technology and it can be said now that the modern teacher's best weapon is the ability to effectively use these tools in the classroom.
